- We only accept payment by Bank Transfer. Please pay the bank
transfer fee with your payment.
- Each registration fee includes a banquet ticket and a copy of
proceedings, except for students.
- Student registration fee only includes a copy of proceedings.
- A student can attend a banquet with additional fee of GBP 50.
- At the registration desk at the venue, student participants
will be requested to show evidence of their student status, such
as an ID card. Without such evidence, he/she will be charged a
full registration fee.
- The invitation letter for visa permit will be issued if an
author/speaker requests it in the form. Note that we cannot accept
the request from non-authors/non-speakers.

- Cancellation Policy:
- For Speakers:
No refunds will be issued for speakers irregardless of reason.
- For Participants:
Cancellations on or prior to September 15, 2006 GMT will incur a
40 GBP administration fee. Please submit cancellation requests in
writting to ICMU2006 Registration co-chairs to the address below.
No refunds will be issued after Spetember 15, 2006 GMT.

For Authors

At least one of the authors for each paper MUST register as a Non-Student (Member or Non-Member) by Aug. 16
(due date of Registration for Speakers), otherwise the paper will not
be included in the final program. If only students attend the
conference, one of the students MUST register as a Member or
Non-Member.

[Regular Paper] If your regular paper consists of more than 8 pages, an additional fee GBP 50 is required for each additional page.
Please add the fee to the total, when you make a bank transfer for the
registration fee. Maximum allowance for papers is 12 pages.

[Poster Presentation] If your paper is
accepted for the Poster Presentation, the length of the camera-ready
paper should NOT exceed 6 pages. Any extra pages are not permitted.

For authors to present two or more papers, we
will request an additional registration fee. A Non-Student
registration fee is required for each accepted paper.
