Camera-ready Instruction
The page format of camera-ready paper is the same as the submitted version. An electronic, PDF-based submission of papers is mandatory. Copyright Assignment Contract should be filled and sent by e-mail or facsimile.
[Full Paper]
The length of the camera-ready paper should NOT exceed 8 pages. However, up to two extra pages can be purchased at registration (maximum page length can be 10).
[Poster/Demo Paper]
The length of the camera-ready paper should NOT exceed 2 pages. However, up to two extra pages can be purchased at registration (maximum page length can be 4).
Note:
- At least one of the authors for each paper MUST register as a Full Registration by January 31st (due date of Registration for Speakers), otherwise the paper will not be included in the final program. If only students attend the conference, one of the students MUST register as a Full Registration.
- For authors to present two or more papers, we will request an additional registration fee. A Full Registration fee is required for each accepted paper. We are sorry, but the discount cannot be applied to meet this registration requirement for accepted papers.
The registration site will be up in the beginning of January.
Preparation of Camera-Ready Papers
Print the ICMU-Formt.pdf file, and follow the instructions for preparing your manuscript. Your paper will appear in the published volume in exactly the submitted format. Please adhere strictly to the 2-column 10 point format.
Download the LaTeX2e or Microsoft WordTM sample documents provided below if you have these programs. The files will assist you for preparing your manuscript. Please compare the hard copy of your paper to the sample provided, to ensure that your paper has the same format (fonts, margins, styles).

Note that the paper size is A4, not letter. Please use proper settings of your software (Adobe Acrobat etc.) for the production of a PDF file.
Submission of Camera-Ready Papers
Authors MUST submit their papers electronically using ICMU2010 paper submission system by January 15th.

Sending Copyright Assignment Contract
In accordance with the "IPSJ Guideline for the Preparation of Manuscripts" and "IPSJ Copyright Guidelines", the copyright for your paper will pass to the IPSJ at the time the final manuscript reaches the program committee.
Please print out the copyright guidelines of IPSJ below, and complete and sign the form at the last page. At completion, please scan as pdf-file and return it to the conference publication co-chair by e-mail <icmu2010-publication[at]icmu.org>. If you cannot send it by e-mail, please send by facsimile (+81-46-840-3753). If you encountered some trouble sending the form, please send an e-mail to Publication Chairs <icmu2010-publication[at]icmu.org>.

If there are more than one authors, one of the authors authorized by all the other authors may sign on behalf of all the authors.
If, for a special reason, you cannot agree to the assignment of the copyright or there is a partial limitation, please so inform in writing.
