Submission Guide for Full Papers
Solicited papers are full papers of no more than eight pages, each of which will be subject to a full review process. Submission should also follow the author guidelines below. An electronic, PDF-based submission of papers is mandatory.
Preparation of Papers
Print the ICMU-Formt.pdf file, and follow the instructions for preparing your manuscript. Your paper will appear in the published volume in exactly the submitted format. Please adhere strictly to the 2-column 10 point format. Papers must not exceed eight pages in length. Reproduction will be in black and white, with gray-scale rendition of graphics.
Download the LaTeX2e or Microsoft WordTM sample documents provided below if you have these programs. The files will assist you for preparing your manuscript. Please compare the hard copy of your paper to the sample provided, to ensure that your paper has the same format (fonts, margins, styles).

Submission
Authors MUST submit their papers electronically using ICMU paper submission system. The submission process involves the following steps:
- Registration of the paper (requiring a title and short abstract of up to 150 words)
Note: Be certain to provide information for all authors including affiliation and country when you register the manuscript. Otherwise, the author listing will be incomplete in all web and print listings of the technical program. - Upload of the paper. Only in pdf format. No more than eight pages for review.
Note: After registering the paper, the information on the paper (title, abstract, and authors) and the file of the paper can be updated until the deadline of paper submission (Sept. 18, 2009Oct. 11, 2009).
