Paper Submission Guidelines

Submitted manuscripts must be formatted in standard IEEE camera-ready format (double-column, 10-pt font) and must be submitted through EDAS as PDF files (formatted for A4-size paper). The IEEE LaTeX and Microsoft Word templates can be found in https://www.ieee.org/conferences_events/conferences/publishing/templates.html.

The manuscripts should be no longer than 6 pages (2 extra pages can be bought with extra fee). The submission page on EDAS is http://edas.info/N26951. All accepted full papers need to have a full registration to the conference.

NOTE: All the authors of accepted papers are required to submit a video recording of a presentation of each accepted paper. On the days of the conference, the authors are also required to briefly make a short presentation in oral online sessions. At least one author per paper is required to register, at the full rate, in order for the paper to appear in the proceedings and the IEEE digital library.

Poster/Demo Submission Guidelines

The submission should be formatted as a paper describing the research to be presented in the poster or demo and should be submitted as a PDF file of no more than 2 pages using the same format of ICMU2021 full papers (standard IEEE camera-ready format). The poster/demo paper should include all figures and references, and must include the names of the authors, affiliations and email addresses.

The poster/demo papers must be submitted through EDAS ( http://edas.info/N26951).

NOTE: All the authors of accepted demos/posters are required to submit a video recording of a presentation of each demo/poster. Demonstration and poster sessions will be held virtually. At least one author per paper is required to register, at the full rate (Authors can choose student registration only if the first author is a student). The papers of accepted posters/demos will be included in the conference proceedings and IEEE Xplore.
